Bitcoin Depot is seeking a Desktop Support Specialist to fill a multiple function role with a primary focus on user administration, desktop security policies, and desktop support. The primary responsibility will be lifecycle management of user systems, troubleshooting software, networking, and application issues and ensuring that all systems run securely with optimal performance. This is a hybrid position with roughly 60/40 split between on-site in our Atlanta Buckhead office and work from home. This is a challenging position with growth opportunity. You should have an excellent ability to multi-task and solve problems using your knowledge of Windows and MAC computer systems and computers in a fully remote setting. You should be a team player and willing to handle support requests with courtesy and professionalism. Responsibilities Provision and de-provision systems and users. Handle lifecycle management of desktop and software packages. Manage Bitcoin Depot applications, with a focus on keeping our team of skilled specialists operational. Technical Qualifications: Configuring and maintaining Windows and MAC computer systems, including hardware, system software, and applications Ensuring credentials and data is stored securely. Diagnosing and resolving hardware, software, networking, and system issues when they arise Researching and recommending new approaches to improve our fleet of networked computers Providing technical support when requested Documenting any processes that employees need to follow in order to successfully work within company systems Sustaining network integrity, workstation deployment, and security and patching OS for security vulnerability Familiarity with configuring SSO, VPN, MFA, and MDM Working knowledge of Azure Active Directory, slack, Google Workspace, KnowBe4, and Jira a plus Qualifications Relevant Degree or Certificate in Information Systems or Information Technology preferred 1+ years administering desktop technology, networked computing systems, and related applications Experience working in a software development environment is a plus.
