Broad UX skills spanning interaction design, user research, information architecture, visual design, UI animation, etc. A personal interest in video games. Responsibilities As a Senior UX/UI Designer working within the various Synthesis platform teams, you will: Concept, plan, and design every element of the customer experience for kids 8-14, including game lobbies, matchmaking, content libraries, onboarding flows, profile data visualization, post-game reports, and more. Lead the user research, IA, and visual design of internal tools that enable teachers. Work daily with engineering teams to implement designs with consistent and ambitious quality—one seamless, premium experience. Concept and create clickthrough prototypes for new features and improvements. Communicate clearly, and articulate the product/feature vision across the company.
