Production Associate - La Casa del Bitcoin

Paxful is searching for a Production Associate to join our Marketing team who is great at collaborating, promoting, and producing activities and building networks with users and partners. This role will support our La Casa del Bitcoin team in activities in El Salvador. You will be based out of San Salvador and report to our Senior Manager, Marketing- Community. As a key member of our team, your responsibilities will entail: Receive guests and participants of activities at La Casa del Bitcoin Support Training & Education in education tasks Realize the production of La Casa del Bitcoin events Help the training team to create a calendar of educational activities for La Casa del Bitcoin Support marketing activities when needed Prepare files and documentation of attendees. Contact partners for events and activities promotion and organization Take pictures of courses and guests. Act as greeter and reception of guests at company events. Support PR team with local activities promotion Collaborate with all kinds of preparations for different activities of the company. Attend company recreational activities. Collaborate with the design team of material and CRM team on any subject that requires it. Attention of calls, emails, notifications, notices, etc. Management of incidents. Create events/activities and quarter and yearly reports. The most important skill and capabilities for this role are: Knowledge of event planning, execution and reporting. Discretion and trustworthiness: you will often be party of confidential information Passionate about Bitcoin and cryptocurrencies and how these solves daily problems for people and businesses Strong written and verbal communication skills Ability to build a network to promote events and educational activities within media and partners Strong skills to propose educational activities and events Some PR experience reaching out to the press, setting up press briefings for La Casa, and staffing meetings Hands-on associate who has experience in operating and thriving in a fast-paced startup environment Full Office Suite and the ability to easily learn new company software Target Experience: Minimum of 3 years of experience in an event production/management role.
