We are bringing a new financial services paradigm to the blockchain and finance economy. In scope of our growth plans we are looking for an Intern for the People & Culture (HR) department:

In this function you will be responsible for the following: 

  • You will work closely with the people and culture partner and support in managing/maintaining the entire HR Lifecycle and ensuring a unique people experience throughout
  • Support in administration of all employee life cycle processes with a focus on employee entries, changes, leaves, transfers, and exits
  • Support in preparation of all documentation such as contracts of employment, alterations, and reference letters for employees in Switzerland.
  • Assist in recruitment activities such as scheduling interviews or conducting reference checks
  • Support the People and Culture team with various administrative tasks such as preparing correspondence, scanning and filing documents, arranging travel plans and updating organizational charts
  • Supporting the setup and execution of in-house and external events, such as team events, team-building exercises, and leadership offsite sessions

For you to become part of SEBA’s journey, we require the following set of experience: 

Must-have: 

  • Education or ongoing education in Human resources or Business administration
  • Solid understanding of HR operations processes
  • Out of the box thinker in every aspect
  • Driven and entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to work independently and proactively 
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • German & English mandatory
