Ecosystem Marketing Lead

As an Ecosystem Marketing Manager, you'll take the lead on developing and executing a world-class ecosystem marketing plan that utilizes multiple channels, including Twitter, blogs, and events, to amplify the voices of the ecosystem and build social proof. Your creativity and energy will help grow awareness of the differentiators that led projects in our ecosystem to build on zkSync Era to ultimately drive greater developer adoption.

In this role, you'll work closely with our Business Development team to identify new opportunities to drive engagement and growth. You'll be a self-starter, constantly thinking of new ways to team up with projects and leverage their influence to drive adoption of Web3 technology.

What You'll Be Doing

• Lead the development of case studies, content, and collateral featuring ecosystem projects
• Develop win-win co-marketing strategies with projects in the zkSync ecosystem
• Create and maintain scalable ecosystem marketing playbooks for zkSync ecosystem partnersIntroduce new ways to engage the zkSync ecosystem and build social proof through partners
• Serve as a liaison between the marketing teams of ecosystem partners and zkSync; managing communications, building relationships, relaying feedback, and nurturing collaboration
• Work closely with functions within marketing and across the organization, including Business Development, Product, and Engineering, to bring the ecosystem marketing strategy to life
• Plan and host engagements with ecosystem partners, such as online panels and IRL events
• Consistently identify opportunities for our ecosystem share their experiences with their audiences
• Track and evaluate the success of co-marketing initiatives

What We Look For in You

• 7+ years experience in marketing, with experience in ecosystem and crypto marketing preferred
• Proven track record of building scalable marketing campaigns alongside partners and stakeholders 
• Experience managing successful integrated marketing campaigns 
• Excellent customer service and executive communications skills, with the ability to successfully navigate multiple relationships within and outside of the organization 
• Strong writing skills, attention-to-detail, and organizational skills Hunger to create an impact and a bias toward action
