Crunchbase has a remote-first approach, and is open to hiring in these locations: Atlanta, Austin, Boston, Chicago, Denver, Las Vegas, Los Angeles, Miami, Minneapolis, New York, Philadelphia, Portland, Raleigh, San Francisco, and Seattle Enablement at Crunchbase The Enablement Team reports to Revenue Operations and is responsible for the onboarding, continued education, quality assurance, content development, asset management, and engagement platforms that support several customer-facing teams including Sales Development, Sales, Customer Success/Experience, and Business Development. What You'll Do: Develop, coordinate and deliver the continued education for our pre-sales roles Create strategic content and playbooks to educate revenue teams on processes, resources, talk tracks, and strategic content that helps us differentiate and win deals Design and deliver revenue enablement presentations to the revenue organization at leadership meetings Implement a content management system to organize resources and improve accessibility Capture feedback from teams on a regular basis to constantly improve support programs Define current training and process gaps in the existing team Field ad hoc content and support requests from revenue teams Partner with Sales leadership in driving adoption and training of sales tools & best practice processes Work cross-functionally to close any product or process gaps that would enable sellers to sell contracts of increased size, increase sales overall, or shorten sales What We're Looking For: 2+ years of previous experience in enablement & training high-velocity sales teams - designing and delivering innovative enablement programs with measurable business results 2+ years of previous experience as an individual contributor and quota carrier (Account Executive or CSM) exceeding an annual quota of $500K Must be highly proficient in Salesforce, HubSpot, ZoomInfo, Sales Navigator, Outreach, and other popular sales tools Highly collaborative and can work cross-functionally with the product, marketing, sales, and customer success Ability to be efficient and work independently while also being able to collaborate effectively in a group setting, organize and manage multiple assignments and deadlines Proactive communication skills and track record of setting and executing clear, realistic deliverable timelines You’re passionate about Enablement, Sales, and Training Others - you’ve helped high potential, high-velocity sales orgs scale, and you know how to avoid the pitfalls Nice-To-Haves: A strong storyteller and ability to keep reps engaged during training Experience with marketing and GTM strategy Handled tools such as Gong, Workramp, etc. Knowledge of Crunchbase What Crunchbase Offers: Competitive salary and equity Remote first policy Generous Reimbursement policy for learning and development activities Monthly fitness / mental health reimbursement 14 weeks of fully-paid time off for new parents Flexible Paid Time Off (PTO) Volunteering Paid Time Off Incredible medical, vision, and dental benefits for employees and their families Free One Medical Group membership for employees and their families 401(k) and Roth plans, and free annual financial adviser check-in Monthly internet stipend Work from home allowance to purchase furniture for your work-from-home space Annual carbon offset Matching charity contributions for our Townhall awards A team of creative, transparent entrepreneurs driven to accomplish our mission At Crunchbase, we value team members who are passionate and enthusiastic about what we're building here.
