Engineering is at the heart of the action, building out our blockchain protocol and direct-to-consumer products that will transform the financial services industry. Everything is from scratch development and every engineer has a big impact on the team and the growth of the company. As Figure scales, it is imperative that we level up our expertise in anti-fraud technology and detection. In this role as an anti-fraud engineering expert, you will collaborate with engineering and risk leadership to build technology and establish processes that stop fraudsters in their tracks. What You’ll Do Provide thought leadership in the design of methods and anti-fraud technologies to bring data-driven insight to internal engineering and fraud analytics teams Research, design, implement and integrate technologies that analyze and identify fraudulent activities and transactions to ensure proper mitigation efforts Support fraud analytics data standards and offer recommendations for the tactical and strategic mission for Fraud Intelligence Research, build, integrate, monitor, and improve the accuracy of third-party fraud solutions based on defined models and analytics Design, implement and maintain backend microservice, internal tools, and customer-facing fraud prevention tools Be empowered to drive innovation for our Fraud & Abuse systems.
