Web3 Solana NFT Engineer

At Synesis One, we are redefining the AI data landscape. We are building a web3 crowdsourcing platform to enable anyone with an internet connection to contribute to the creation of high-quality AI data sets and earn money

We are looking for a talented engineer to work on our Solana-based NFT infrastructure

Stack:

React, JS/Typescript, Node.js Metaplex, Anchor framework

Requirements:

• 4+ years of dev experience, 
• 1+ as a full-time Rust developer 
• Prior experience building projects on Solana deployed to the main net
•  Excellent English Passion for decentralized web technologies. 
• Personal interest/holding in crypto assets, NFTs, and projects Basic knowledge of public key cryptography 
• Ability to work unsupervised and with self-initiative in a distributed team

Will be a plus:

Backend frameworks:

• Node.js/Express, Python (FastAPI), Rust (actix) Postgres or other RDBMS DevOps, CI/CD experience 
• Project management, Agile, team leadership 
• Contributions to open-source projects
